My little holiday last week has been blessed by the most darling visit! I'm sure many of you are familiar with lovely Geneviève, she's one of my dearest friends and I've already mentioned her countless times on this blog, especially here, here, here and also here, when I was hanging around with her in London last summer. I simply adore her and it's been an amazing week, spent mostly eating all sorts of traditional italian yummies, popping by my favorite spots in town and playing lots and lots of dressup! More pics in the next post :)

old prints and books in Piazza Castello

my favorite piadina (at La Piè): mashed potatoes, roasted ham and fresh soft cheese

as you might remember, both Geneviève and I are embarrassingly huge fans of Orla Kiely...

@larobi - hehe...coff...imbarazzo! Grazie :)

@Jo - it's so funny, people seriously asked us if we were sisters while she was here! Soul mates with twin clothes :)

@Jaclyn - oh I adore it! It was Alf's gift for my 30th birthday and I know how much he struggled to pick something that was clothing related (poor thing :D) so it feels really really special to me :)

Hahaha I guess it's a sign your next cat shouldn't be a ginger one ;) Julius loves "his" new cat cushion, he always sleeps on the couch since we bought it!
ps - Ah, you silly! You look beautiful AND get ready for more of those pics ;) xxx

I've moved to Torino for a year, I've love to know the name of the shop that sells cat things ! Also drawing inspiration from your wedding posts for my own wedding, hopefully i can jump the language hurdle to organise it!
